The pay wage gap between women and men is still globally an unsolved problem, in some cities women earn as little as 20% less than men for equal work.

IDEA

IBM has always been a pioneer in gender equality in the workforce regulations since 1954.

A print campaign of IBM shows the exact same place of financial capital cities but decades ago to show the difference between today and yesterday. The evolution of the city and its society is  clearly there but the discussion about gender pay equality “seems to be stuck at the time” when the photos were taken.
